Cognac Boyard XO

Its amber color is tinged with tuiled reflections. Its candied and caramelized nose opens with notes of stewed pineapple, sweet spices like vanilla or saffron accompanied by woody and toasty notes. Its ample and warm mouth opens with notes of ripe figs, licorice and candied pineapple and then extends to spicy, almost peppery notes underlined by a light oakiness. The minty final offers a pleasant freshness.
