Grapes: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet sauvignon
Single vineyard selection: Made from our oldest vines, aged 40 years old in average.
Maturation: 18 months in new French oak barrels.
Vinification: hand selection of the grapes, manual disbudding and leaf thinning, manual pressing according to traditional winemaking methods during the maceration to achieve strong and complex tannins, achieving a great wine that can be stored.
Tasting notes: a perfect balance between elegance and powerful flavors, complex aromas with ripe black fruits, leather and cocoa. Flattering and exalting, this cuvée has refined and complex tannins, promising a great maturation in bottle.
