The estate wines, whose strong character and authenticity reflect their natural heritage, are created alongside Claude Serra, an oenologist  and friend of the Gastou family.

TASTING NOTES

The combination of different grape varieties on the estate terroirs gives the wine a deep red colour. Notes of preserved black fruit express the ripeness of the grape, and the grenache adds a specific, more floral note. The terroir appears in the shape of mineral aspects and touches of amber and incense. Notes of mocha and roasted cocoa are revealed on the palate. Rounded silky tannins provide a pleasing sensation on the palate preserved by freshness.
