The robe of the vintage remains surprisingly lively. The aromas are of the dynamic kind: blackcurrant, burlat cherry, mocha and above all a collection of peppers is gathered and develops its complexity. This allows us to revise our geography: Kapot, Sarawok, Ceylon, NosyBe. After this eruptive temperament, the mouth is restful, warm, soothing. And the finish is so long... So we refill a glass and we sip it quietly.
