As part of the visit to Mexico by Guillaume Gomez, French Ambassador for Gastronomy, Business France organized an event for importers of French products in Mexico on Thursday November 23, under the banner "Taste France".  On this occasion, Business France invited 12 Mexican importers from over 47 French brands already present in Mexico in the food and wine sector, to exhibit their products at Club France in Mexico City. 

The aim of the event was to promote the products of the French exhibitors to the press and to professionals from the network of Chefs of the best restaurants and some operators in the HORECA sector. Some fifty guests were present to discover the vast French offer.   

Chef Guillaume Gomez was able to meet with the exhibitors, support them and discover the Mexican market opportunities in the gourmet sector.  The event was also much appreciated by Mexican importers, who expressed their interest in continuing to promote and source more French products in the country in the future.  

The distinguished presence of French gastronomy ambassador Guillaume Gomez in Mexico added a special touch, consolidating the connection between cultures through a passion for culinary excellence.
