Château Taussin AOC Bordeaux Blanc

Pneumatic pressing / Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats at 16°C during 10 to 15 days / 15% aged in French oak barrels. This pale white-coloured wine offers an intense bouquet marked by fruity and floral aromas which are typical of sauvignon blanc, such as tropical fruit and white flowers. Its palate, round and full-bodied, is carried by notes of citrus and oak. The refreshing aftertaste leaves a pleasant sweetness in the mouth.
