"Pailhet’s vineyards represent 77 ha. They are composed of 3 grapes varieties for he red wines : Cabernet Franc (for its spicy taste), Cabernet Sauvignon (for its structure and its ageing capacities) and Merlot (for its roundness).
The diversity of the soils create the richness of our wines : clayey, sandy-gravelly, clayey-rocky (flint) on slopping plots of the hillsides.
The family exploitation started with my father in 1978 and didn’t stop growing since then. We are very proud to work on this property." Vincent Pailhet.
