Château Ségur de Cros White Sweet

Terroir:
The Château du Cros vineyard extends over the slopes of the right bank of the Garonne, 40 km south of Bordeaux.
The clay-limestone soil rests on an entirely limestone subsoil.

Vinification and maceration:
– Manual harvesting with 3 successive selections.
– aging on fine lees for 12 months in stainless steel vats.

TASTING NOTES:
Robe of a beautiful sustained gold. Typical nose, between honey, acacia flower, candied fruit (apricot, orange). Dense, ample mouth, delicious with its candied flavors which are expressed in a case of freshness and balance. Sacred length. Rich and greedy.

FOOD & WINE AGREEMENTS:
To be consumed as an aperitif, foie gras, ham, melon, white meats, fruit desserts.
