GRAPE VARIETIES Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah SOIL Deep red clay and limestone VINIFICATION Harvested in cool morning temperatures. Destemming and short cold maceration before pressing. Fermentation at a low temperature, in stainless tanks to avoid malolactique fermentation and enhance the freshness of the fruits. A great control of the fermentation process is essential to enhance the fresh character of this wine. MATURING Temperature controlled stainless tanks TASTING Colour: Pale salmon Nose: Fresh and fruity with bright stone fruits aromas and English candy. Palate: Frank attack on stone fruits aromas followed by some red fruits notes. The crisp acidity balances perfectly with the fruitiness of this wine. An aromatic rosé typical of Provence, drinking fantastically as an aperitif, as well as with food. SERVICE Between 6°C and 10°C FOOD PAIRING Tapenade and Anchoïade.
