Château MOULIN FAVRE, SAINT AMOUR 2022 " Cuvée Cupidon"
This Cuvée of SAINT AMOUR is produced on a sandy/ granitic soil from vines of 60 years.
100%manual harvesting and destemmed before putting into vats, this wine received a carbonic wine-making in an immersed cap during vatting of 18 days to extract strong but elegant tannins, colour and fruit. Wine which aged 6 to 8 months in tanks to keep freshness and fruit. The robe is deep violet.
This Cuvée is a refined and balanced wine backed up by kirsch, spice aromas and flavours. Full and rounded tannins .
