Château Moulin de Saint Vincent

Winemaking : Traditional with temperature control and maceration of around one month in tanks

Ageing : 12 months in barrels

Tasting notes :

The nose displays a nice complexity: woody and smokey notes blend with the more fruity and spicy ones. After a dense attack on the palate, a slight evolution. A mid palate characterized by a nice acidity which gives the wine freshness. Tannins add a slightly more austere character at the end.
