Château MONDION

Made from young Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon vines from the Domaine, the wine is vinified to create a wine that is both fruity and structured. The maceration is of medium duration (10-12 days) with the constant objective of giving the best balance between the round and fleshy character of the grape, and the structure of the ripe tannins. Aging for 6 months in barrels brings balance and smoothness. This wine is ready for quick consumption.
