Château Mondazur Argiles Bleues

AOP Pécharmant Ageing : 50% Barrique 225l of a wood from Tronçais and Allier, 20% Barrique 225l new wood from Allier, aged for 12 months, 30% aged in stainless tank. No filtration prior bottling. TASTING NOTES The wine has a deep red color with purple nuances. Nose : aromatic complexity with black fruits (blackcurrant and blackberry) and kirsch cherry notes with a vanilla nuance; Mouth: a beautiful freshness developing on a nice and full volume. Chocolatey, slightly vanilla notes with very well integrated silky tannins. The final note is long, smooth and fruity. FOOD TASTING All cooked meat dishes or grilled meat beef, lamb or duck.
