Ageing : 50% Barrique 225l of a wood from Tronçais and Allier, 20% Barrique 225l new wood from Allier, aged for 12 months, 30% aged in stainless tank. No filtration prior bottling.
TASTING NOTES
The wine has a deep red color with purple nuances.
Nose : aromatic complexity with black fruits (blackcurrant and blackberry) and kirsch cherry notes with a vanilla nuance;
Mouth: a beautiful freshness developing on a nice and full volume. Chocolatey, slightly vanilla notes with very well integrated silky tannins. The final note is long, smooth and fruity.
