Château Maucamps Millésime 2015
Château Maucamps has 22,5 hectares of vineyards with optimal exposure, planted on Garonne gravel with clay subsoil. The vineyard is exclusively composed of fine vines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. All in one piece, the vineyard is located in Macau, near Margaux, bordering part of Château La Lagune and Château Cantemerle (3rd and 5th Crus Classés in 1855). A wine with a splendid presence and elegance! It is truly complete and well-balanced. We find complex and powerful aromas that make Maucamps' reputation. It has a generous attack, fresh and rich. On the palate, we find red fruit flavors (black cherry, blackberry) and spicy notes (curry, coriander) with menthol and pepper hints. The wine is silky with an excellent and long final note.
