CHÂTEAU LYNCH MOUSSAS 2016

Owned since the 18th century by Count LYNCH in Pauillac, until its division into two,
LYNCH MOUSSAS and LYNCH BAGES, LYNCH MOUSSAS kept the residence, a large part of the land and the vines. This large property of more than two hundred hectares was recognised by the 1855 classification as a Grand Cru Classé.The wines of LYNCH MOUSSAS are today well known for their deep and dark colour, their red-fruity nose. They are round with a beginning of ripe tannins, followed by hints of blackcurrant typical of the prestigious wines of Pauillacappellation. Full body wines with a significant length in the mouth.
Recommended serving temperature: 17°-18°C. Perfect with grilled red meats, but is also enjoyable with shoulder or rack of lamb, rib of beef, grilled entrecote steak, and roast venison. It is ideal with almost all types of cheese.
