Maturing : Destemmed and cold skin maceration during 3 weeks in temperature controlled vats ; Aging 9 months in two wines barrels

Tasting : Deep ruby colour. Very expressive nose, with beautiful woody aromas, as well as red fruits. Round in the mouth, fruity and well balanced with a long aromatic finish.
Food matching : Drinking well now this wine and will continue to develop over the next 10 years. A perfect pairing with grilled red meats or in sauce, game dishes and cheeses. Drink at 18°C
