Château Haut Mazières
Château Haut Mazières is our most known Petit Château in France. Indeed, we sell it to the Senate restaurant for over 15 years. They also like it for its "Sustainable winegrowing" certification. After a separate vinification, the 3 grapes varieties (65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc) start a period of ageing which will last a year in french oak barrels. With this Bordeaux you will delight your guests during dinner.
