Château Haut L'Abeille Premium blanc
Château Haut L'Abeille Premium white is hand-picked from 50% Sauvignon blanc and 50% Sauvignon gris (10-year-old vines) on a clay and limestone soil. The winemaking consists in a delicate pressing after a hand sorting of the grapes, followed by an alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and a 4- to 6-month ageing in 50% new and 50% one-year-old French oak barrels (limited production of 6-8.000 bottles). Consulting oenologist : Jean-Philippe Fort (from Michel Rolland's team). Pale yellow in colour, this premium dry white reveals a full mouth with lychee notes and a subtle hint of fine-grained oak.
