Château Grand Français, Cuvée N° 2018

100% Cabernet Franc, aged 9 months in jar without sulfites. Deep ruby-purple. Nose is clean, a hint of reduction which demands decanting for at least one hour, roses, cherry, blueberry, concentrated blue fruit, wild blackberries, and blackcurrants. Dry and ripe, with juicy texture, it feels digest, its tannins are elevated but fine, polished, texture is juicy and rich, and fruit is exquisite, with herbal and flowery tones. Long and salivating, the wine needs more time to open and reach fully development.
