Total Surface area : 2.5 ha. Density : 5 000 feet/hectare. Average age of the vines : 15 years Vines Varieties : 70 % merlot, 30 % cabernet franc. Vatting time of 30 days in stainless steel and concrete vats. Filling by gravity and punching down.At the reception of the harvest we use two selective sortings (one manual and one mechanical). Fermentation for 30 days in cement vats. Gravity filling and punching down Indigenous yeasts. Aged for 7 months, 70% in cement tanks, 30% in new oak barrels.
