On feet of silt-limestone hillsides in Saint-Etienne de Lisse, a 95/5 Merlot/Cabernet franc Grand Cru, biodynamically farmed and in conversion to organic farming. Fermented with native yeasts and aged 18 months in barrels (1/3 new oak).
