Grape variety: 64% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon
Soils: Deep gravel
Vinification: Deep vinification in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats at 26°C, 2 total delestages at mid-fermentation, post-fermentation maceration for 3 weeks at 28°C for a total vatting time of 26 days, malolactic fermentation in vats and ageing in barrels (225L French oak) of 2 and 3 wines.
Tasting notes: This wine has a beautiful ruby colour with purple hues. A full-bodied and complex wine that delivers aromas of red fruits and fine spices. The nose is both powerful and delicate, with aromas of blackcurrant and violet. The palate is silky, with a subtle note of vanilla, and the finish is persistent.
Food Pairing: You will appreciate this red Graves with lamb, duck in orange sauce, entrecote à la bordelaise and also cheese and charcuterie boards.
