Bright pale yellow colour, with some green highlights. On the nose, there is an alchemy of citrus notes (grapefruit, orange peel), tropical fruits and white flower notes. The palate is elegant, with a nice balance between a fresh structure associated with the sweetness of the intense aromas of Sauvignon Blanc. Notes of candied lemon, pineapple and boxwood.
