Like in Champagne, the famous Château de Saint Martin CRU CLASSE des Côtes de Provence launches a new « non vintage », which sign the constant timeless style of the château. A blend of 2 grape pickings to marry the freshness and the liveliness of the last harvest and the roundness and the complex evolution brought by months of wine aging. Here, we were always blending the diferent grapes to play on all the range of fragrances. Some grape need more time to be opened and some other grape will offer new flavours with the time by moving to mature fruit or brioche…Our wine were always famous for their length of time.
