L'Equilibriste is a spécial cuvée produced predominantly from Cabernet Franc and elaborated without added sulfites. The aim is to magnify a very pure and intense fruit, for an immediate pleasure. NB : The wine can travel as it has been filtered and produced under inert gas so the analysis is perfect.
