CHÂTEAU DE PARENCHÈRE - Bordeaux Clairet

This is a special style of dry rosé, produced from the Saignée process (2 days of skin-contact). The wine is very full-bodied but still displaying a lot of freshness. Tasting : Light cherry colour. The nose is very aromatic with intense cherry and strawberry scents. The mouth is very round and fleshy, with a fresh and delicate long finish. Ideal with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled and cuttle meat or salads, this wine is a great companion to spicy dishes.
