A lovely white full of character with 60% Sauvignon Blanc & 40% Semillon aged half in steel tanks and another half in barrels for 6 months, providing a balanced structure to the wine.
Hues of light green with a powerful nose, notes of citrus fruits and white-fleshed fruits, and a touch of smoke. Candid, mineral, and dense in the mouth, with fruit and acidity.
