Vinification: Harvesting by hand, aged in stainless steel tanks. Tasting notes: The original grape variety of our appellation, Carignan reveals the terroir with a very strong character… With notes of ripe fruit and black fruit, "Nos racines" combines concentration and freshness with smooth tannins.
