Château de la Jaubertie Tradition Rouge

VINIFICATION The grapes are mechanically harvested and then cold-macerated for 3 days before fermentation. During alcoholic fermentation, several pump-overs are carried out to gently extract the colours and tannins. NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION Ruby red colour. Very concentrated with supple tannins. Aromas of red fruit, plum and vanilla. Ideal with all types of meat, cold meats and cheeses.
