2019 we removed several leaves from the vines during flowering on a quarter of our plots of red vines, a technique that guarantees a fine quality of the fruit. July and August were very dry and permitted good maturation of our merlots and their crunchy ripe seeds. As for the cabernets, they profited from the light rains in September to develop remarkable freshness. The resulting wines are well structured on a fresh, peppery, and fruity aromatic framework
