A very old cognac The latest creation from the Château de Beaulon vineyard, renowned for its ancient rare grape varieties: Colombard, Montils, Folle Blanche, reputed – as early as the 17th century – to produce some of the finest Cognac eaux de vie. Vanilla notes evolving to notes of white-fleshed fruits and mild spices, chocolate aromas, ripe pears, hazelnuts, on a floral background. Very smooth. Rancio.
