Filtration of the wine before bottling in the spring of 2022. Tasting notes Colour: a deep and luminous red with bluish purple reflections Nose: Aromas of small fresh red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, etc.) and a hint of cooked and stewed black fruits. Smell as well of spring flowers Taste: suave attack followed by a more delicate softness enhanced by a natural and balanced acidity. Aromas of red and black fruits accentuated by the tone of the natural alcohol. There is no tannin to disturb the suppleness and roundness of the wine.
