Château Castagnac - Bordeaux Superieur - Prestige

A wine with very good ageing capacity, intense on the nose, full-bodied in the mouth. It will be at its best expression with spicy food or chocolate dessert.

Fermentation with native yeast, low-sulfite vinification, aged in oak barrels for 12 months, light filtration.

Color: intense, dark ruby

Flavor: cigar box, black berries, woody

Taste: silky tanins, long finish

Grapes: Merlot (40%), Cab. Franc (40%), Cab. Sauv. (20%)
