Château Canet, Minervois rouge

This Minervois was made according the technique of 'Bio Protection' allowing to extract a huge amount of fruit before the fermentation start. This resulted in a wine that has a big structure due to its maturity, yet with a lots of fruit and a soft and elegant body. Loads of Blackberry and black current flavors, some licorish, spice and violet.
