Château Canet, Les Evangiles

The flagship wine of Chateau Canet, a small vineyard hidden in the woods at the highest point of the property. The blend is Syrah dominated with only ten percent of Grenache. 12 month matured in oak (30% new oak from the Voges, 30% 1 year old and 30% two old barrels). Complex, big structure but with soft and velvety tannins, mocca, black fruit, vanilla.
