Château Bas Blanc 2022
Hand harvested for better sorting in the vineyards and better handling of the
grapes.
Traditional Vinification – all varietals are processed separately – including
direct pressing, cold settling of the grape juice and alcoholic fermentation with
temperature control in stainless steel vats.
7 months aging in vats on fine lees in order to maintain freshness
from our terroir.
