Château Ballan Larquette, AOC Bordeaux Rosé, 2020

Short maceration. Cold static settling.  Fermentation at controlled temperature. Aged on lees.  Filtration on plates and vacuum bottling for a better conservation. A nose of red fruits. Round and silky, this aromatic wine should be drunk young. Serve as an aperitif or with grilled meats or spicy Asian cuisine.  Its structure also allows it to evolve favourably for up to 2-3 years. Serve at 9-12 °C
