Château Assas Classique

In the upper garrigue, twenty kilometers north of Montpellier, a highly characteristic silhouette stands out. The bold profile of the Pic Saint-Loup exudes an almost mystical atmosphere. From its height, it overlooks the plains and hillsides, at the foot of which traditional villages lie, between pine forests and garrigue scrubland.

TASTING NOTES

Cherry red colour with a beautiful shine. Very complex aromas of red fruits, including blackcurrant and blueberry, with aromas of spices, bay leaf, pepper, as well as slightly animal notes. Well blended tannins. Good amplitude in the mouth.
