Chardonnay

The Chardonnay is a single grape varietal wine. With a sugar level under 2g/L, it is a dry white wine.
After being harvested at low temperaure, the grapes are pressed without oxygen in a pneumatic press. Then follows a controlled low temperature fermentation of the grape musts. The wine finally matures on fine less for several months. 
The nose is fresh and clean with notes of yellow fruit. Well balanced, the mouth feel is long and fresh, with a ripe finish.
