Chaource PDO

The Chaource is a lactic type cheese. With its soft white rind, it has a slightly fruity taste and a melt smooth texture in mouth It is matured in a cellar for at least 14 days in its home PDO region, Burgundy and Champagne. CHAOURCE is certified P.D.O (Protected Designation of Origin) since 1970.
