Tasting Note: In a Bleeding Rosé, colour and aromas are natural and appear by themselves. You can taste freshly harvested grapes. “This wine is born pink” says Patrick Sourdet. It has a deep rosé colour with raspberry and grenadine reflections. The nose is deep, generous and gourmand, evocating a strawberry tart and dark cherries. This Bleeding Rosé combines fullness and substance. The aromatic notes echo those of the nose. The whole is complex, concentrated and round, with a naturally more assertive and opulent structure.
