Appearance : Golden color with copper highlights, fine bubbles, active effervescence.
Nose : Fine and elegant, the complexity and maturity of this wine reveals notes of brioche bread accompanied by pretty yellow touches, mirabelle plum and peach in syrup.
On the palate : The attack in mouth reveals a pleasant sensation of freshness accompanied by a beautiful maturity. Flavour of mirabelle plum and toasty notes complete the aromatic profile perceived on the nose. A thirst-quenching finish with notes of candied lemons and sweets.
