Our rosé made by maceration is complex, rich and surprising. Crafted from a single parcel (Beauregard), a single grape type (Pinot Noir) and a single harvest, this stunning rosé pairs very well with duck breast, grilled salmon, roasted lamb, rotisserie chicken, and many cheeses. It is made with a dosage of just 3g/l.
