  • HISTORY

« In 1973, it was in the heart of the Côte des Bar that Jacques Robin at 21 and Annie Robin at 18 planted their first vine. Now led by Aude, Séverine and Sébastien Robin, they continue driving the 22 plots scattered over 47 km to the extreme to assure you with one and the same voice: "words have meaning, the essence of mine is expressed in flavors… ”

  • APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD

"Because the grape is the product of the vine driven by the man who ensures its Quality. We have not used insecticide since 2003 to let the allied insects act, mechanical weeding takes place on 80% of our plot, we thin the leaves early on the rising sun so as not to use anti-botrytis. We only intervene after observations and manage each plot so as not to fall into a global systematic management. The manual harvest is transported in boxes of 42kg maximum and separated to vinify each of our vines with unique flavors separately. "
