Champagne Hautbois - Cuvée Haut'Rigine

From a selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blended at 50% each, our Champagne Haut'Rigine, vintage 2014, has a brilliant finesse, and great length. 30% of the cuvee was made in oak barrel in order to get a deep complexity, with fine brioche and roasted notes. 

This cuvee Extra Brut, dosed at 3.5 g, is plain and ample in mouth, bringing stenght and freshness with style. No doubt that Haut'Rigine is a great Champagne ! 

Champagne Hautbois are produced by Sandrine and Fabien, who have taken over the family tradition as 5th generation, on their 8 ha vineyard, located on terroirs of Pévy and Villiers-Franqueux.
