Designed by Xavier, this cuvée is the fruit of the only plot of Les Champs Bernard, located in Avenay Val-d'Or, a village classified as a Premier Cru. Made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, it gets its aromatic intensity from the "saignée" method: the berries of the fruit have infused in the must for 12 hours, thus giving this Champagne its distinctive rich colour.
