Rosé Grand Cru

Blend: 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Only the best Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs (Mailly, Verzenay) are blended in this cuvée. Rosé d’assemblage containing approximately 5 % red wine from the Champagne growing area. Between 20 and 40 % of reserve wines are used in order to ensure consistent quality. Tasting notes: Luminous bright pink colour with light salmon tints. Fine and persistent bubble. A nose of citrus fruits followed by fresh fruit notes. Fresh and lively, delicate finish. Good balance between flavours of red and citrus fruits. This cuvee goes well with small game birds, roasted white meat or a charlotte with “Biscuits roses de Reims”.
