to yield a pleasant Rosé,

characterised by finesse and freshness.

A judicious addition of a small quantity of

red wine from Verzenay and Bouzy gives it

its delicate pale pink colour.

On the nose, the wine expresses aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries.

A captivating, fragrant wine with ample expression of powerfulness and maturity, resulting in perfect balance on the palate after an initial mature, crisp, and full taste with tiny tingling bubbles underlining the freshness, with a good length.

Both delicate and powerful, this Rosé will make an original aperitif. It will also be divine with desserts.
