I N T E N S E - P O W E R F U L – G E N E RO U S : This vintage champagne is the 8th Blanc de Blancs we have produced since I have been here. It has the unique character of a single harvest and the terroirs that we cherish. It reveals the generous fruitiness of the Chardonnay from Bethon. The encounter - Aspect : Bright, shimmering pale gold. Nose : Complex and full of finesse, with warm floral and herbacious notes mingled with exotic fruit and mirabel plum. Palate : Assertive and forthright, with touches of bitternesss and a soft fruitness on the finish. The intention - A generous wine, just like the yields and the quality of the Chardonnay in this year of 2014. The composition of this vintage champagne and its method of vinification make it a cuvee of great cellaring potential. The setting - The end of a beautiful summer's day spent with friends.
