TASTE Very fruity taste, young, slightly aromatic with notes of green apple, pear, pineapple, peach and lime. ORIGIN The Pays d'Oc is the largest wine region in France. It stretches from the Pyrenees to Provence and is a collective name for several wine regions in Languedoc-Roussillon. ABOUT THE PRODUCER Domaines Auriol is based in Lézignan-Corbières in Languedoc. It is owned and run by Claude Vialade who, after working in the wine industry in the south of France, decided to set up his own business in 1995. Today, they own four properties, but the main production is based on wines they buy from the region. HARVEST The grapes were harvested at the beginning of September. MANUFACTURING Short skin contact followed by fermentation and a period of storage with the lees in steel tanks. SOIL Calcareous and clayey soils
